Toxic Negativity

Lately, we seem to be a society that never has anything nice to say.

When I turn on the news, all I see is someone verbally bashing someone else. One political party throwing mud at another political party. Neither party has anything good to say. It's all mud slinging dribble.

I find it hard to support either political party when they both behave so badly. Neither party is working to make things better for Americans. They are both too busy bashing each other. Neither party seems to be working on anything in America.

You go into a store and you find most people around you whining and complaining about everything and everyone. Everyone seems to be so negative. Why?

You can't get away from the toxic environment. It seems to be everywhere. You find it at work. You find it at home. You see it on the TV. You see it everywhere.

Maybe something is in the water. Who knows?

At the end of the day, I find it best to tune out all this negativity. You have to protect your sanity. Don't let the toxic society around you make you ill. Take care of yourself.

Fight back against the toxic negativity around you by not taking part in it. Have faith that over time this toxic world will change into something better. It can't stay toxic forever.
